Jake has successfully led multi-site national operations, managed multi-million dollar budgets, founded and scaled businesses globally, and mentored emerging and executive leaders. With formal qualifications including an MBA (Deakin), Master of Leadership (Deakin), Bachelor of Arts (ACU), and Bachelor of Teaching (ACU), and as a registered teacher (NESA), Jake brings both strategic depth and relational intelligence to every engagement.
